Gluten-Free Quinoa Breakfast Bowl



This gluten-free quinoa breakfast bowl is a perfect brunch idea for your guests. It's not only delicious but also packed with nutrients to start your day right.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced

Instructions:

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in a fine-mesh strainer

In a saucepan, combine quinoa, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until quinoa is cooked and the mixture thickens

Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes

Fluff the quinoa with a fork and divide it into serving bowls

Top each bowl with mixed berries, sliced almonds, chia seeds, and banana slices

Drizzle with additional honey if desired
