Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
Instructions:
Put flour, salt, warm water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and instant yeast in a large bowl
Beat until a rough dough forms
To make the dough double in size, put it in a warm place and cover the bowl with a kitchen towel
Let it rise for an hour
Warm the oven up to 425F 220C
Use the rest of the olive oil to grease a baking sheet
Put the dough on the baking sheet and use your hands to spread it out evenly
Make deep holes in the dough all over with your fingers
Add some olive oil and coarse sea salt, along with the dried rosemary
Wait 20 to 25 minutes and bake until the top is golden brown
Cut it up and serve it hot
